Effective 2025. This Agreement is between TallyPointX (Business ID 585469767) located at 301 Front Street West, Toronto, ON M5V 2T6, Canada and you. By accessing or using TallyPointX services, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Offerings

1.1 Professional Services

TallyPointX provides bookkeeping control and account reconciliation services tailored to your needs. Our team ensures accurate records and timely reconciliations.

1.2 Information Products

We offer digital guides and templates to support best practices in bookkeeping control and account reconciliation.

1.3 Physical Goods

We may supply office resources or printed materials related to bookkeeping management.

2. Fees and Payment

All fees are due in full at the time of booking or checkout, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments may be made via credit or debit methods accepted on our site.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Professional Services

Clients may request a refund up to 7 days before the scheduled start of service. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after approval.

Clients may transfer a booked service to another date at no extra charge if requested at least 5 days before the original date. If work has commenced or deliverables have been provided, services are non-refundable due to the individualized nature of the engagement.

3.2 Information Products

Digital items may be refunded within 14 days of purchase provided no download or access has occurred. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

3.3 Physical Goods

Physical items may be returned in unused condition within 30 days of receipt. Customers must secure a return authorization by contacting us via phone or our form at contact form. Upon receipt and inspection, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
